How It Works
Film the problem and describe what's happening. Toolbox's AI analyzes the video and your narration to identify the likely issue. You get a diagnosis with one of three paths: a step-by-step DIY guide when it's safe and straightforward, a careful-DIY walk-through with added cautions when the risk is moderate, or a direct connection to a qualified professional when it involves electrical, gas, or structural work that needs a licensed expert.

Every diagnosis includes a safety check, and we never encourage DIY on repairs that require professional training or licensing.
