Within a few days, you'll get an email with a link to install Toolbox via TestFlight (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

Point your phone at a dripping faucet, a cracked wall, a flickering light — whatever you've got. The app will tell you what's wrong and what to do.

We'll send short surveys at key moments and you can share feedback anytime inside the app. Your input directly shapes what we build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have a repair problem right now?

Ideally, yes — we get the best feedback from people testing on real issues. But if things come up regularly for you, that works too. You'll have the app ready when something breaks.

Do I need to use video?

Video gives the best results, but we also support photos and text descriptions. We want to see how people use all three — so use whatever feels natural.

What if the app gets it wrong?

That's exactly why we're running a beta. Report it, and we'll improve the AI. Every misdiagnosis makes the next thousand diagnoses better.

How long does the beta last?

The beta runs for 6–8 weeks. We'll push updates weekly based on your feedback. You'll know the exact timeline when you get your invite.

What do I get for participating?

Early access to Toolbox before anyone else, free Premium access during the beta, and a say in how the product works at launch. Top testers get extended Premium access after launch.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We only collect what's needed to run the beta. Your repair photos and videos are used only for diagnosis and to improve the AI — never shared publicly. Read our privacy policy for the full details.
